The client is an Italian company operating in the manufacturing sector. With the goal of strengthening its market position, the client had planned a significant investment program — Industry 4.0 equipment, advanced diagnostic instrumentation, monitoring software, and sector certifications. To finance it, it was necessary to identify and structure access to the available public incentives.

The client had a clear strategic vision and a concrete investment plan, but lacked the internal capacity to navigate the regional grant landscape, structure a competitive incentive application, and maximize the obtainable funding amount. The FRC II Edition grant required knowledge of eligibility criteria, correct classification of expenses by type, and solid technical and financial documentation.

Zetis supported the client throughout the entire grant access process, from identifying the funding opportunity to structuring and submitting the application. The work included analyzing the alignment between the client’s investment plan and the grant requirements, optimal classification of eligible expenses, and drafting of the required documentation.

The application submitted by Zetis on behalf of the client was successful in 2025, securing over €100,000, corresponding to the proposed investment plan in its entirety.

In this project, Zetis acted as both strategic and operational advisor, guiding the client from the identification of the opportunity to the successful submission of the application. The deep knowledge of the European and regional funding landscape, combined with the ability to translate a business investment plan into the language and requirements of a public grant, allowed the client to access significant resources quickly and without diverting management’s attention from day-to-day operations.
