The Context
Viravia is a company specializing in high-profile food and wine experiences: guided tours, private tastings, and food & wine events in Italy and France, with a strong identity rooted in the quality of its relationships with producers and a deep knowledge of the territory. Born from its founders’ direct experience in the world of wine, Viravia had all the ingredients to build a compelling offer, but needed to structure its commercial presence, marketing strategy, and communications from scratch.
The Challenge
Launching a business in the premium wine tourism sector requires a clear strategy on how to position oneself in a competitive and niche market, how to reach the right audience, and how to build a credible digital presence from the very first months. Viravia needed to define its positioning, identify the most effective channels for acquiring clients, structure a sustainable business plan, and develop a communication voice consistent with the brand’s identity, as well as kick off its first operational activities.
Zetis Solution
Zetis supported Viravia through all strategic and operational phases of the launch, working as a full-service partner from the definition of the business model to the rollout of digital communications.
Features delivered:
Business plan
Definition of the financial and economic structure of the business, including cost analysis, revenue projections by service type, break-even identification, and short- and medium-term growth objective planning.
Market analysis and business intelligence
Analysis of the wine tourism market in France and Italy, mapping of direct and indirect competitors, identification of priority customer segments, and definition of differentiated positioning opportunities.
Positioning strategy and commercial identity
Definition of Viravia’s positioning. Development of the commercial message and value proposition for the different customer segments.
Marketing strategy and client acquisition plan
Definition of the priority channels for lead generation and conversion — with particular focus on digital channels, partnerships with hospitality venues, and food & wine networks — and construction of an acquisition funnel suited to a premium offer.
Communication strategy
Development of the website and an editorial strategy for Instagram and Facebook, including tone of voice definition, content formats, and editorial calendar.
Results
Thanks to the launch work carried out with Zetis, Viravia was able to launch its business with a solid strategic structure and a digital presence consistent with the brand’s premium positioning. The company is now operational with a structured offer active in both Italy and France, a professional website, a growing social media presence, and its first events already organized.
Zetis’ Role
In this project, Zetis acted as a strategic launch partner, providing comprehensive coverage across business strategy, market analysis, financial planning, and digital communications. Zetis allowed Viravia to focus on its expertise in the world of wine, delegating to Zetis the construction of the business’s commercial and communications foundations.
